Rene is the CEO of PT DOTS, and its sister company PT. Oscorp Elektrik Indonesia.  With over 3 years’ experience as CEO of PT. Oscorp Elektrik Indonesia (www.oscorp.co.id) which specializes in end-to-end electrical products, services and energy management, Rene has a deep understanding of this field though years of experience and an extensive network. This has been a building block to establish PT. DOTS.

Rene also has 8 years of experience at Halliburton where he was a directional engineer with international exposure.

• Certified Energy and Electricity Auditor
• Certified Advanced Transformer Management

Rene’s focus is building and executing the strategic vision of the company, while bringing the synergy between PT. OSCORP and PT. DOTS.  Finding a unique calling in the electrical industry, his passion is to learn and educate people on how new technology can help solve specific problems.

Rajiv is the COO of PT DOTS. Prior to DOTS, Rajiv has 21 years of working experience at Schlumberger in various management capacities including Operations Management, Partners and Alliances, and HR. In addition, Rajiv spent 5 years at INTELSAT (International Satellite Organization) in marketing. Rajiv has worked in Houston, Washington, DC, London, Jakarta, and Kuala Lumpur

Rajiv’s focus is managing the day-to-day operations of DOTS as well as acting as the key liaison with Partners and Customers. He is passionate about continuous learning, travelling, and mentoring future generations.

Sofwan Wilanda is the CTO of PT DOTS bringing over 23 years of multinational experience including success in delivering IT services, managing projects, and implementing strategic initiatives. Before working with PT DOTS, Sofwan worked with renowned multinational companies including Schlumberger, British Telecom, and Ericsson, in diverse locations such as Jakarta, Singapore, and Dubai.

• IT Operations Management: Managed IT operations for multi-national companies, ensuring optimal performance of IT infrastructure. Developed and implemented strategies to enhance IT processes, efficiency, and system reliability. Led teams responsible for network and infrastructure operations, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery.
• Network/Infrastructure Operation: Proficient in overseeing network and infrastructure operations, including design, implementation, and maintenance. Managed the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability. Implemented monitoring and troubleshooting practices to identify and resolve network issues promptly.
• Telco Operation: Extensive experience in managing telco operations, including service provisioning, network optimization, and customer support. Collaborated with telecom service providers to ensure seamless connectivity and reliable services. Led the implementation of telecommunication projects, ensuring successful integration and minimal disruption.
• Public Cloud: Demonstrated expertise in leveraging public cloud platforms to optimize IT infrastructure. Implemented cloud-based solutions, including migration, deployment, and management of applications and data. Sofwan’s focus involves overseeing and driving the technology strategy and development of DOTS’s products and services
