PT DOTS in partnership with the Indonesian Property Management Association (IPMA) conducted a seminar for “Driving Energy Efficiency through Smart Building Solutions” at the newly renovated IPMA Training Centre in Jakarta.
With over 25 participants representing several major malls and hotel groups from Indonesia, the participants were able to get demos on how the DOTS solutions can address current challenges they are facing relating to
- Energy efficiency,
- Improving the asset life of core equipment
- Monitoring and improving indoor air quality
The participants were able to see real life cases of how these core issues are addressed and engage with DOTS and its partner to Blue IoT (Australia) to discuss how their specific needs can be resolved.
Rene Nazar, CEO of PT DOTS stated “I’m pleased with the active engagement of participants and the fruitful discussions with our partner, Blue IoT from Australia. The seminar not only showcased the practicality of our solutions but also sparked meaningful conversations about the future of smart building technologies in Indonesia. Our commitment to driving energy efficiency and sustainability in building management remains unwavering, and we look forward to continued innovation and collaboration in shaping the future of smart building solutions in the region.”
Suryadi Chairman IPMA:
We are delighted to share valuable insights gathered from recent activities, shedding light on the importance of addressing energy savings and electrical issues within building management.
“This activity proves to be incredibly beneficial, emphasizing the need for managers to be well-versed in the energy usage/savings and electrical aspects of the building, such as harmonics. A comprehensive understanding of handling these issues is crucial.”
“PT DOTS is urged to initiate proactive socialization efforts, including multiple sessions like forum group discussions (FGD) with building managers and administrators. This collaborative approach ensures that building managers are equipped with the knowledge to identify essential energy-saving measures and prioritize safety.”
In light of these comments, we recognize the importance of fostering ongoing communication between PT DOTS, its sister company PT OSCORP and building stakeholders. As we strive for excellence in building management, such collaborative efforts will not only enhance efficiency but also contribute to a safer and more sustainable environment.
